Rachel is a registered psychologist, experienced educator, and mother of three young adults. After seven years as a primary school teacher in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area, Rachel completed a degree in Psychology to facilitate her desire to support those experiencing diagnosable mental health conditions.
Experience
Rachel has over 4 years of experience using evidence-based therapies including cognitive-behaviour, acceptance and commitment and dialectical behaviour therapy to support improvements in complex client presentations. She is passionate about supporting parents experiencing uncertainty when managing challenging childhood behaviours, working toward improved outcomes across all settings.
